Heather Little, recently elected to the Barnard School Board and member of the Act 46 Study Committee, recounts the process of working with the Windsor Central Supervisory Union during bi-weekly meetings to determine a plan for the Act 46 merger proposal. During this discussion, she statedÉ "If we're going to do this, we want to get something out of it.
