Students in VTC's first-ever basic welding class try their hand at a butt-weld for their class final. The class, which is open to the public, was instituted as part of a sustainable agriculture grant and is aimed at those wanting to learn the basics of gas metal arc welding to fix machinery on the farm, for example.
