TIS THE SEASON | Young Kate Edelman of San Jose, California, visiting Vermont for Christmas, helps her great aunt, Linda Morse, and mom, Becky, put jelly in Randolph Area Food Shelf Christmas boxes, Wednesday. Organizer Pauline Garner reports that some fifty volunteers helped in packing the traditional gift boxes for needy families. The Food Shelf is joined by many area churches and organizations in the annual traditional sharing, held for the first time in the Food Shelf's new Foundry Park headquarters this year. "Increased need has been met by expansion of the program to more than 120 families," said Garner, adding, "We will not turn any area family away," (Herald / Bob Eddy)
