In what police have ruled a homicide, Scott Hill's body was discovered Friday in his home on Dartt Hill Road in Bethel. A 19-year-old woman, Emma Jozefiak of South Royalton, was found wounded and unresponsive at the scene. Her condition had been upgraded from critical to stable as of Tuesday. (Herald / Tim Calabro)
