Tech Games | Green Team 885, a local group that works on robotics projects for competition, held an open house Sunday. The team participates each year in the FIRST Robotics Competition, which requires them to build a robot that can compete on a playing field against other machines. It was announced this week that the Green Team, who took part in the Randolph Mini Maker Faire, would benefit from a share of the proceeds from RACDC's silent auction. RACDC Director Julie Iffland said she hoped the $800 gift would help the Green Team to “tool up” and meet their fundraising goals. (Herald / Tim Calabro)
