Randolph Technical Career Center students spent Friday lending a hand in Bethel. The sole house on Marsh Meadow Road in Bethel was destroyed by Tropical Storm Irene and has been put into the FEMA buyout program. About 140 students from RTCC, coordinated by the White River Partnership, arrived Friday morning to cleanup the debris still left behind on the quarter-mile road. (Herald / Tim Calabro)
