DIGGERS | Finishing off a major expansion of the town water and sewer system, a construction crew digs on South Pleasant Street in Randolph Tuesday afternoon. The project, funded by a state-administered HUD grant, allowed for an extension of the town's waterline and sewer pipes to serve the Beanville Road industrial parks just south of the village, which include the soon-to-be-finished Freedom Foods building, Applied Research Associates, and Precision Tools.
