Silloway Farms in Randolph Center is in Holstein dairy production all year long, but seasonally, maple syrup, logging and an expanding firewood business occupy a considerable time and energy. The firewood side has grown from one to five or six hundred cords annually in just five years. "The commercial firewood is from April to early October. We now have plenty of wood stacked and ready to deliver when orders come in, so it's back to logging until the sugaring, come spring," said Paul Lambert, who is partners with David and John Silloway in the whole operation.
