Taking the tractor and hour and a quarter over two ridges to Tunbridge for the Memorial Day parade seems fitting and proper, and that's why Howe does it. We first spied him in on Rte. 14 in East Randolph. "Did you see John Race? He's runnin' the tractor he took to the pull on Saturday . . . brought it back from the parade and blew by me like I was standing still!"
