Cassie Burnham, a student in RTCC's Criminal Justice & Public Safety program, used her required tech project as a platform to inform her peers about the dangers of texting while driving. To do so, Burnham coordinated the staging of a mock crash at the Randolph Technical Career Center on Tuesday with area emergency responders, who reacted to the event as though it were a real traffic accident as students and faculty looked on from the sidelines.
