RTCC's Diesel Technology shop started work last week on an improved lift and stage area for the mobile creative classroom called the Arts Bus. Here, James Spaulding and Larry Severance of South Royalton use a plasma cutter and acetaline torch to cut up the old lift into useable parts while Blake Quillia of Randolph looks on.
