Student members of the ski patrol, catch up on homework, read for pleasure, and joke around inside the walls of a snow fort that they built to celebrate the last weekend on the mountain before Spring Break. A radio sits on the table in the center, and everyone is geared up and ready to go, in case they should be called to respond to an emergency on the mountain. (Herald / Seth Butler)
