At Randolph Town Meeting, Brian Townsend responds to concerns voiced about the Visiting Nurse Association's request for $16,000, "I spoke last year in support of this appropriation. Because of VNA suppport, my father, Larry Townsend, was able to remain at home with mom, with me, and my brother as he was dying. I think $16,000 is a small sum to pay for a service so valuable.' Applause followed. (Herald / Bob Eddy)
