A pair of Common Loons paddle through the fog near Silver Lake State Park, just after sunrise on Wednesday. This weekend, on June 10 Ð 11, Vermont promises free entry into all Vermont State Park day use areas. Additionally, fishing will be free at all designated Vermont Fish & Wildlife fishing access points (no license required for Saturday). All weekend long, Vermont State historic sites, and the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier, will be free to the public.
