MUNROE'S STILL GOT GAME | Randolph's Dick Munroe turned ninety-four this week, and on his regular Side Track Tavern pool night friends gathered, despite foul weather, to celebrate with a cake and all the party favors any fella 94 years young could want. Between the blowing of soap bubbles and tooting of whistles, Munroe took a stab at blowing out "perpetual candles" on his cake, managing to create so much smoke a regular commented, "I haven't seen it this cloudy since we had to go outside to light up!" Munroe, who lives at the Red Lion, can be seen at the pool tables most nights. Don't ask to play if you have a hard time losing. (Herald / Bob Eddy)
