The former site of the Hyde Dam in East Bethel is one of two river access points that the White River Partnership (WRP) hopes to develop and improve with the help of the recently awarded VOREC grant. In conjunction with the Vermont River Conservancy the WRP will also be launching the Vermont River Access Collaborative—a statewide effort to provide information and resources on river stewardship and access.
