Jonathan Miller of Bethel is pursued by Michael Thorsen of Montpelier on a steep ascent to the top of the Fish Hill Road in the Vermont Foliage 15K, Saturday. Thorsen, 23, finished first overall in the 15K with a time of 1:01:55. Miller, 41, was third overall with a time of 1:03:20. Stats provided by race organizer, Matt Murawski, showed Miller, at nearly twice Thorsen's age, posted the most competitive time, compared to international stats on other racers his age.
