Sandy Singer of Randolph is not the area's only healthcare “navigator,” but thanks to a recent publicity blitz by Vermont Health Connect, she is definitely the best known. Working under the auspices of Capstone Community Action, Singer has helped hundreds of folks select and sign up for health insurance through the state's health-care exchange.
