Seat Belt Safe No one was injured Tuesday morning when this Chevrolet Cobalt flipped on Route 12A in Randolph at “Dukette's Corner.” Loretta Stalnaker of the Randolph Police Department, said the car, driven by Brooke Owen, 21, of Randolph, above, traveled up a snowbank and then flipped back onto the road.
Stalnaker said the rough road surface in the curve likely led to Owen's losing control of her car. Neither Owen, who was seatbelted, nor her 3-year-old daughter, secured in a car seat, were injured. Owen and Stalnaker, above, are shown shortly after the 8:30 a.m. crash. (Herald / Bob Eddy)
