GARDEN SPLENDOR | Rosalind Burgess has been steadfastly designing and planting gardens on town land at the intersection of routes 12 and 66 this summer. She was hired by the Village, but freely admits her time far exceeds the stipend. "I've loved gardening ever since I was a little girl on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.
