FINISHING TOUCHES | Town manger Mel Adams and facilities manager Bill Morgan swung by Friday, as Jason Orzell and Bob Sparadeo of LED Dynamics put finishing touches on the village's new information kiosk by installing four low voltage LED bars for illumination.
