Posting the Colors | One sure sign of summer's coming is the annual return of flags on Randolph's Main St. Volunteers from the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Rotary joined together in posting American and Vermont flags. Here, John Joy and Jim Tucker handle the east side of the street, while Peter Chase, Jack Cowdrey and Wayne Warner work to the west. (Herald / Bob Eddy)
