Chefs Compete, Eaters Win | Chefs from local eateries will vie for top honors in the annual “Taste of Maple” culinary competition, a fundraiser for Mayo Healthcare on Friday, March 15 at Norwich University’s Milano Ballroom, from 5-8 p.m. Chefs from nearby restaurants, cafes and delis demonstrating their talents with maple-infused creations, attendees sample the creations, then vote for their favorites.
