Vermont Law School's Federalist Society held a round-table discussion on Thursday to tackle First Amendment implications of several recent presidential orders. The room was split in half, with students on one half asked to present arguments in favor of proposal such as loosening libel laws and making flag burning illegal, while the other half argued in opposition of these proposals.
