Candlelight Dinner | Jim and Jennifer Huntington opened up their restaurant, Maple Soul, in Rochester since they rely of gas for cooking. The word got out and the opening was well received. A wood stove in the back seating area kept the dining spaces comfortable. Tables were equipped with candles and the rest of the family serviced customers with headlamps.
