Big Dig | Water and sewer work has restarted on Elm Street this week. Area residents have enthusiastically observed that the woefully deteriorated road road surface has been scraped away. A pot-hole-free driving experience is expected sometime this construction season. Prospect Street is sure to follow. (Herald / Bob Eddy)
