The Power and Sustainable Technology program at RTCC engineered and built a bike-powered blender, which they unveiled Friday at Randolph Elementary School to Julie Hinnman's fifth-grade class. The bike-blenders, a concept brought to the school by RES's farm-to-school consultant, Kristin Gage, will be on hand at the elementary school's harvest festival Friday, October 25.
