Drew Alinovich's home on Route 14 in South Royalton was ravaged by flood damage, but he had an ace up his sleave. As owner of Red Dog Restorations, Alinovich was able to round up a work crew of fellow contractors and they cleaned and gutted his house, leaving it ready for restoration by the end of the day Friday. After a long day's work, the crew erected a sign reading "Irene you hit like a Girl!" From left to right are T. Churchill, George Farrell, Cliff Lokey, Ryan Delaney, Wally Radicioni, Art Seymour, Drew Alinovich, Chris Kennison, Ethan Mozeika, and Ian Oxton. (Herald / Tim Calabro)
