A table and chairs covered in White River silt sit in the sun Tuesday afternoon outside the South Royalton high school. The chairs and some assorted instruments were some of the things that were salvaged from the bottom level classroom by Volunteers. The bottom level of the high school was flooded by water and silt from the white river, damaging a large amount of equipment used in the wood shop, music room and home economics classrooms.
