Still Cleaning Up After Irene | Dave Harvey, owner of Xcav8, demolishes a house alongside Route 100 in Rochester Village, which was badly damaged by flooding during Tropical Storm Irene in 2011. The property, which housed apartments and sat alongside Robinson Brook, is part of the recently approved round of FEMA buyouts. Rochester took title of the lot in April and is working with the White River Partnership on plans for now public land. (Herald / Tim Calabro)
