WHITE RIVER BROWN TROUT RECORD | While fishing in the White River in Stockbridge on July 25, Ryan McCullough of Bethel hooked into a fish that would make his day. After 20 minutes and 300 yards downstream the fish was landed. Ryan brought the fish to Locust Creek Outfitters, where it was weighed and measured, tipping the scale at 9.5 lbs and 31 1/2 inches. The fish was caught on a fly tied by RyanÕs grandfather Al Lawson of Windsor. (Provided)
