WinterFest Fun | Not deterred by the lack of snow, the Rochester Recreation Committee held its 22nd annual WinterFest 22nd annual WinterFest last Sunday, Feb. 7 at the SkateSpace rink next to Rochester High School, and organizer Norm Christiansen came up with some alternative activities, in addition to skating on the rink.
