Twice a Winner | Randolph treasurer, Joyce Mazzucco was recognized this week by the Vermont Municipal Clerks' and Treasurers' Association with the "Treasurer of the Year Award". Of Mazzucco, town manager Adolfo Ballon said, Wednesday, "She's an asset to the town, dedicated and focused on making Randolph a better community. Joyce works hard too help folks feel welcomed; she won the award for best town clerk back in 2004! Both these recognitions are well deserved. We're all very happy for her." (Herald / Bob Eddy)
