RenŽ DeLeeuw works with the herd at Ayers Brook Goat Dairy. Now in the initial stages of the project, DeLeeuw, a long-time expert in dairy goats, hopes to create a model farm with about 700 goats that will begin milking by the beginning of next September, once the herd has been developed and key infrastructure has been built.
