As Cassoto Duo, Jeremiah and Annemieke Spoelstra McLane perform their scheduled Central Vermont Chamber Music Festival concert at Chandler on Friday, August 21. Reopening the hall following five months of COVID epidemic restriction, it was a truly historic evening. The couple's stunning fusion of classical and folk idioms with original arrangements for piano and accordian was all the more remarkable considering their devastating loss of their Sharon home to fire barely two weeks earlier on August 4.
